Congratulatory speech by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov to the winners of the International Youth Competition of Social Anti-Corruption Advertising “Together against Corruption!”

This year, under the auspices of the Interstate Council on Combating Corruption, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation held the next International Youth Competition of Social Anti-Corruption Advertising “Together against Corruption!”.

It was open to the participation of young people from all over the world. In total, over 11 thousand anti-corruption posters and videos have been submitted to the official website of the competition.

The geographic coverage of the competition has expanded this year.

In addition to participants from Russia and other states of the Interstate Council and the BRICS countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, and South Africa), entries were submitted by young people from Azerbaijan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iraq, Madagascar, Myanmar, Pakistan, Syria, and South Ossetia.

The winners were selected by the international jury consisting of representatives of national competent state authorities of various countries, and today, as part of the International Anti-Corruption Day celebrated on December 9, we announce the results of the competition and open an exhibition of the best entries on the premises of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and on the competition website (www.anticorruption.life).

An exhibition of the best anti-corruption posters is also planned in December this year on the sidelines of the 10th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (Atlanta, USA).

Competition Results

Based on the voting results of the International Jury of the 2023 Youth Competition of Social Anti-Corruption Advertising “Together Against Corruption!”, the following winners and awardees were determined.

In the nomination “Best Poster”:

I place - went to the entry “We say NO to corruption!” by Yuliya Bugakova, 35 y.o., and Zarina Ibadullaeva, 25 y.o. (Russia);

II place - the poster “Let's break the chain of corruption!” prepared by Ulrich Zafilahy, 34 y.o. (Madagascar);

III place - was shared by the following posters: “Say NO to corruption” by Badar Ali, 20 y.o., from Pakistan; “Our choice determines our future” prepared by Muhamedjan Toyshybek, 29 y.o. (Kazakhstan); “Together Against Corruption” prepared by Borficious Mahumapelo, 30 y.o. (South Africa)

In the nomination “Best Video”:


I place - went to the video “Without corruption” by Aynara Kuanyshbay, 12 y.o. (Kazakhstan);

II place - was shared by the following entries: the video “Kolya against corruption” prepared by Zakhar Reshetnik, 16 y.o. (Russia) and the video “Corruption” prepared by Darya Pronko, 22 y.o., from Belarus;

II place - was shared by the following entries: the video “Say NO to corruption!” by Beksultan Dautbek uulu, 28 y.o., from Kyrgyzstan and the video “Corruption is like an ulcer” by Saba Igbal, 21 y.o., from Pakistan.


The finalists of the international competition will be awarded honorary medals with the symbols of the competition galvanized in three colors of metal - gold, silver, bronze (I, II, III places), as well as thematic souvenirs with the symbols of the competition and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
